Danielle built her real estate business from scratch by cultivating meaningful relationships with her buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

Prior to her eight year tenure in NYC real estate, Danielle has worked for several large companies managing complex transactions including KPMG, LLC in NYC. Danielle's credentials are a Bachelor’s in Business and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Miami University.
Danielle values community, family, and a strong work ethic. These qualities derive from her parents, who served as an example within their own communities. In alignment with these values, Danielle has founded a non-profit organization NYC Strut Corporation where she fundraises for initiatives like cleaner streets and community events. Danielle also runs a blog Soho Strut that promotes local residents and businesses.
Danielle knows small-town life and big-city living. She was born in Long Island, raised in Ohio and has been living in NYC for 15 years. Danielle's past experience in ownership includes two co-ops in Manhattan and currently a Brownstone investment property in Brooklyn and a condo where she resides in Dumbo, Brooklyn. Danielle currently lives with her partner Frank, two sons Frankie & Milo, & Archie, her Jack Russell Terrier.
